To organize a private event (wedding, baptism, birthday, religious ceremony, works council, etc.) the process is simple: contact the secretariat to make sure of the availability a fitting group for the profile you want (example: one singer, vocal group from 2 to 4 artists, group of a dozen artists, choirs from 30 participants).
Financial terms depend in large part of the formula used, the distance to reach the place of the event and technical constraints. After a verbal agreement, a meeting may be organized in order to set the organizational arrangements in a written agreement notifying: program, date, choice of songs, possibly meeting with the artists knowing that all groups are not necessarily located in Grenoble. You will be asked to pay a deposit of around 50% of the agreed amount. The balance is due on the day after delivery. The cancellation is possible no later than one month before the deadline. Any cancellation in less than a month results in the collection of the deposit with no refund.
